





Skeleton handle gyuto
This build is lot harder than it looks , the idea is to only touch the knife with the grinder minimally. In this case only the bevels and the bottom of the handle is rounded using the belt grinder . It’s quite comfortable with a pinch grip , nice distal taper and thin behind the edge
