If you are using your wrong hand I have the right knife for you 😅 jokes aside by the time I have finished grinding this knife I have realised the slight asymmetrical grind was spot on … for a lefty person . As lots of lefty knives don’t get enough love I have put an awesome piece of Arizona ironwood Burl octagonal handle with 2 buffalo horn spacers .
Specs : wrought iron and nickel clad 26c3 core around 64-65hrc
Edge length : 250mm
Height at the heel : 53mm
Spine thickness: 4.4mm above the heel , 2.4mm midway , 1.5 a cm before the edge
